My approach is to learn from the past, be aware of the moment that you are in, and plan for your future.
I believe in the brain's own ability to heal using EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing).
I have a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Washington State University, a master’s degree in counseling from Lewis and Clark College and training in EMDR.
I am a registered intern with the Board of Licensed Professional Counselors and Therapists, working toward becoming a licensed practicing counselor (LPC).
